I have been waiting (very impatiently) for Fall to arrive along with it's famous and much loved temperatures. Sorry summer lovers, I love summer too but by now it's time to say good bye to those high temps so that we can all wear our favorite clothes! Fall is for sure the best season to dress for, that's one of the reasons why it's a favorite season for many. I have finally put away the flip flops and broken out the best fall shoe line up there could be! I have included details and links for the shoes I have as well as dupes and look a like alternatives.      These Steve Madden Rockstar Booties are perfection! They are the perfect piece to add style to so many different outfits.

      Lucky Brand created these snakeskin booties and they did an amazing job providing us with a mellow snakeskin that allows us to embrace the trend without being too flashy. 
      Option number two is available at Target for a fraction of the price! 

     I live in loafers and flats at school just because I am standing and kneeling all day and heels aren't always very practical for me. These leopard loafers are a Target find available in a few  other color options.

     These snakeskin mules are the perfect transitional piece to wear to work on a hot Fall day.

     These Steve Madden snakeskin loafers were THE shoes of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and were restocked multiple times to keep up with the demand. They are all you'd ever imagine and like most snakeskin, they can be worn with so many fall colors to add trend and style to everyday wear. 
      Express has presented these perfect dupes at less than half the price. Although, they lack the studded detail the color of the snakeskin is what matters the most in this shoe. 

    I waited for weeks for Nordstrom to restock these Steve Madden camo sneaker booties! Camo is so perfect for Fall and these booties look amazing with leggings and skinny jeans. They portray such cool and casual style and are so fun to wear. 
     Vici has a similar pair available also with the hidden wedge for very affordable price. 

     I used to always try to purchase clothing that I could multipurpose. I'd buy pieces that I could wear to work and out and about. Although I still have some pieces that I can wear for many different situations, work is work and play is play for me. There are just so many guidelines and rules for work and so your hands are just kind of tied. 
     I always have spells throughout the school year when I just hate my clothes, and I feel less than inspired to put together stylish outfits that I feel good in and that I haven't already worn out. While pants are just staples in your closet, tops always need updated and refreshed. Shein is a great resource for that. Although the quality isn't top notch, the pricing is perfect for giving your closet a seasonal face lift. 
     I've put together some work wear options that really would work with whatever pant or bottom option you have in your closet already for work. These tops are a way to bring fall trends and style to your closet without busting your budget. 

     This maroon color is spot on for fall and the cut of the blouse is so feminine, it's sure to make you feel pretty. Be sure to size up in any Shein top. I am wearing a size large in all of the blouses in this post. Click the picture for details. 

     Floral print is it for fall, especially "moody" floral like this black and white option also from Shein. This one ties at the back of the neck for added style and it looks perfect with these black high waisted skinny pants from Express. Click the picture for details. 

     How super fun is this leopard print? I love the gold hue as the main color and then the teal color that is embedded in the leopard pattern is so unique. This top could be carried into the holiday season for work parties too! Click the picture for details. 

     This is my absolute favorite color and it's the perfect color to wear for the fall season as well as through the holidays. I love the puffy sleeves, which are on trend for fall and the material is slightly thicker making it great for the cooler fall air. Click the picture for details. 

     My first ever bodysuit! I feel like I fought the style for a while but it just looks so dang perfect with paper bag waisted anything! These pants are from Express and the bodysuit is the perfect basic that can be worn with so many bottom options. Click the picture for details. 

     This ribbed knit midi skirt is not only perfect for work attire but it is so unbelievably comfortable, I would rank it right up there with leggings! It's great with a blouse or with a sweater. I'll wear it with a denim jacket or chambray top and even a cardigan. It is a great Target find. Click either picture for details. 

     Finally, this denim midi from JC Penny is the answer to everything! It's perfect for work (especially if you're a teacher) and can be worn with anything you'd wear with jeans. I love it with booties and would totally pair it with a sweater too! Click the picture for details. 

     My favorite past time in life is watching my kids do what they love to do. Rowan figured out before he started walking that playing sports would be his passion. Grady is much more open to other things and really enjoys trying anything new. He is extremely artistic and loves anything with music. I must say though, he does have that competitive edge naturally from both Nick and I, and because of that he also enjoys hockey, soccer and even baseball. 
     We spend a ton of time outside or in cold rinks for the better part of the year. This time of year while I am back to school shopping and worrying a lot about work wear attire, I am even more worried about staying warm (and cute) on the sidelines and in the bleachers. 
   I've had some luck lately finding some great comfy (and again, cute) sweater options from Amazon, some through Wardrobe so I could try them first before I purchased. All are great options to wear with fleece lined leggings, or any leggings as well as skinny jeans and booties. In a month or two I can toss on a toque (also known as a hat or a beanie), even a puffy vest and some thermal boots and I'll be good to go to cheer on my little athletes. 

     I may live in this loose fitting tunic sweatshirt for the rest of my life. Ha! Honestly, perfect to wear as seen with skinny jeans, or leggings. I can see it on the sidelines of a game, curled up on the couch on a lazy football Sunday afternoon and especially around a campfire! I actually want to order it in every color.
